Dear Bill:
Thanks for that heads-up. I wondered why so many of the
sellers didn't have a clue about warranty. Or part number, for
that matter.
So... are serial numbers removed by IBM so they wouldn't
have to warranty a particularly vexing machine ... or by a
previous "owner" so the machine could not be traced, or ... ?
