I've got one of those, in a way. Mine tends to skip the last
couple of percents when on battery. The actual point where it
cuts out varies, but has been as bad as 50%.
With resetbat.exe (thanks!) I've beat some sense into it
again, but it still cuts out around 5%.
Happens the other way, as well. Looking at the battery level
while charging gives me the following, within 30 seconds:
AC on-line, battery charging: 87% (1:50)
AC on-line, battery charging: 100% (2:06)
All this with a brand new battery, as well as the old second
hand one. (Bought a new battery because I figured the old one
was dead/dying...)
It'd be great if anyone can shed some light on this...
PS: As I was typing the above, it cut out again. At 55%. *sigh*
