8gb is largest without BIOS overlay. There is a HD utility available on the
IBM site that can be used -- but I haven't played with it yet.
64mb EDO is the largest you can use in 560's from my experience. I haven't
tried an 128mb EDO chip, since I've personally had one in stock.... I'm
sure you know 560's do not support newer SDRAM too...
