First, back up the whole drive to someplace on
another machine.
Then I'd "format /sys" the drive so it can boot to
a command prompt. I'd then copy the windows files to
someplace like "/WIN95". Pop it in the tablet and
boot, then run the Windows SETUP command so it installs
on the hardware it will be using.
Since you have a floppy, you could also use some type
of networking, like IBM's DOS-based file transfer
stuff.
Or you can get Win95 on floppy in a few places.
