Thanks Robert and Bob ! :)

I found 2 recurring errors in the System Log :
The 1st says (I'm translating from French) : "The Routing and Remote access
service depends upon the NetBIOSGroup group and no member of this group
started up."
The 2nd says : "SAM could not start up the TCP/IP or SPX/IPX listening
thread"

And 5 in the Application Log :
- "Impossible to read I/O control informations from the NBT device" (Source
= Perfctrs, Event 3101)
- "WMI ADAP couldn' load up the Winspool.drv performance library because of
an unknown problem in the 0x0 library." (WinMgmt, 37)
- "WMI ADAP couldn' load up the Perfproc.dll performance library because of
an unknown problem in the 0x0 library." (WinMgmt, 37)
- "Impossible to open the Redirecting Service. The Redirector's performance
data won't be returned. The returned error code is the DWORD 0 data."
(PerfNet, 2002)
- "Impossible to open the Server Service. the Server's performance data
won't be returned. The returned error code is the DWORD 0 data."
(PerfNet, 2004).

These errors always happen during start up.

Wonder what this means...

Is this slowing the boot process down ? Is there something I can do ? Are we
alone in the universe ?

So little time... Thanks again for any help.

sylvestre
