These two are obviously related to the network. It is a good bet that they are causing at least some of the slowdown. Two ways to check: either plug in a network card and a network connection or remove these protocols from Windows.

Looks like almost all of these are related to some performance thing that Win2K is doing. Never seen these, so can't help much... Certainly possible that these are part of the culprit. Try searching the MS Knowledge Base (http://support.microsoft.com) or the www.deja.com newsgroup archives (microsoft.public.* groups) to see if others have had this problem.
