There doesn't seem to be any logic as to what works and what doesn't. 2 X
128MB 100MHz in my 600s shows up as 294MB installed, 228MB usable, same as
you get. 2 X 128MB 66MHz in the same unit shows as 294MB, 292MB usable.

Not that I'm aware of. But if you want to see something interesting, stick a
couple of 256MBs in a 600 and you get:
BOOT: 425MB
INSTALLED: 557MB (It's all recognized!!)
USABLE: 425MB
W2K: 425MB

I've got a 2645-4AU 600E and with the INET34WW BIOS I get the following with
2 X 256MB 100MHz:
BOOT: 556MB
INSTALLED: 557MB
USABLE: 556MB
W2K: 556MB
