I think you've got grottle down in the keyboard insides, and it's
moving around. I've found that taking the keyboard out, putting
it upside down and tapping on the back for 10 minutes will make
an astonishing amount of that crud fall out. I've had a few
keyboards that have repaired themselves by doing that.

The preventative way is to take a vacuum cleaner with a soft
brush and clean the spaces between the keys out, every week.
