On the IBM support web site for your model of ThinkPad, there
should be a PDF for hardware work, which should explain how
to take the keyboard apart. I'd go to the IBM site, find support
then type your model in and find the hardware manual.
Others on the list might have a more clever way of finding stuff
for a particular unit?
