i suggest that you call the help line..
explain the problem, clearly and with care in choosing your words..
mention that others have experienced this same failure without abusing the
machine, in the same place..
if you get no comfort, ask for a supervisor..
be patient..
open a case..
suggest you others do the same, but wait until Mitchell has opened a case,
then refer to it..
