[T21] Standard Li-Ion Battery Capacity Degradation

My T21 will be a year old in December. I've got 20 cycles on the battery and
it currently shows 33.17wh full-charge capacity, vs. the 38.88wh initial
capacity, or, 85% of new.

Up until I had about 17 cycles, the battery showed a 38.65wh full-charge
capacity, virtually 100% of new. It has started dropping pretty
dramatically, about 2wh, with each cycle.

Is there some point at which IBM will say this is a bad battery and replace
it under warranty?
