Bill,
No, I really did not drop it at all! In fact, I would swear it broke just
sitting on a desk. I used it for a while in the morning, left it for a
while, and came back and it was cracked. It was in a locked room. My guess
is I adjusted the screen, and did not notice when it popped.
So far IBM is not cooperating. The next round will happen early next
week. I still have hope they will make good on their reputation.
