just had a similar experience with my A21p..
its been smooth and even gone through a clone job from 32gig to 48gig..

suddenly, nothing will work to get it to boot and finish..

complains about some .dll being missing or corrupt..
finally i had top stick it in the T21 and copy from the T21's system32
subdirectory, the named file..
then, the A21p boots and runs nicely..

all this occured after i applied SP2 for w2k..
