Bruce, thanks for the input, I've got (and love) the same Oly 490Z. (Thanks
for the pictures also, I haven't gotten anywhere NEAR that close!) My old
390 is one of the cameras that went "missing" at a track meet and I'm
willing to put up with the lesser photo quality in a camera that can go
_painlessly_ missing. Besides, she's got 2 good SLRs for those Kodak
moments.
Jim, the HPs are a little pricey for something that may grow feet! ;-)
Ralph and William, I wound up getting four of the JamCams. At $35 each at
Compgeeks, they're basically disposable. AND there's a $30 rebate on them!!!
