Step 1) Make sure you have the latest BIOS installed and all the W2K drivers
downloaded: http://www.pc.ibm.com/qtechinfo/DSHY-3TLQ2L.html
Step 2) Change the first boot device to the CD and then boot from the W2K
CD.
Step 3) Install the drivers you downloaded in Step 1 above.
You're done!
