[tp-x21] 12" SVGA display?

        I'm still shopping for a replacement for my 600E, and I've narrowed
it down to 2 ultralights - the IBM X21 and the Sony R505TLK.
        My question re. the Thinkpad is the relatively low-res display. PC
Connection has these for $1149 w/dock and 64MB upgrade included, but
I'm used to brighter XGA displays at that size now - what's the
quality like on the X21s with the SVGA display? How are games and DVD
playback? Oh, and how's the battery life?
