(1) You have to be in Dos/command mode.
(2) PS2 (Thinkpad utility programs for dos) must be installed.
This is available from the IBM web site.
(3) type PS2 ? and you will get a menu of commands.
These are not user friendly but they do things that the windoze
version can't.
I forget the exact one but TP service in Tennessee missed it too.
They said my FDD connnector was bad ($350++) and it was
just disabled.
This was on a 760ED but I think it's on many others also.
