I have two 380xd thinkpads which I like very much.
A trusted vendor on ebay has a bunch of "parts" 390 TPs.
Does any one on the list know if it is possible to take the 400MHX cpu
card and/or other
parts from the 390 and transplant it to the 380 to boost it from 233mhz
to 400 ?.
Or, is there any way to find out?
I've worked on many Thinkpads and have all of the necessary equipment.
