Just had a brainwave - what if the list forwarding computer sent out
these instructions to anyone who sends in an email with the
word unsubscribe in the title. This would provide an automatic help
facility. Just a suggestion...

To unsubscribe, you must not only send a message with the subject being
'unsubscribe' (without the quotes), but you must also send it to the
proper address (which is DIFFERENT from the normal address used for
messages. So, either send a message as follows:

SUBJECT: unsubscribe

or click on the link below:
