My T20 can hot swap hard drives in the ultrabay without difficulty in
Windows 2000. Of course, you're supposed to explicitly select "Stop
IBM-DADA..." from the hardware eject system tray icon first. This lets
the system know to flush anything out to the drive and unmount it.
Result: no scrambled drive.
