Hello,

DYNALOAD is a function of IBM PC DOS 7.0 and later which allows you
to load certain types of device drivers (non-IOCTL?) from within a
.BAT file, instead of from CONFIG.SYS.

Strangely enough, I couldn't find any reference to it in my copy of
the IBM PC DOS 7 User's Guide (P83G9260), but it might be referenced
in a later edition.
