OK..
I just now added an additional confrence to my open forum..
its called EZ-Serve Problem & Case# Registry..
it is the only moderated confrence and I must approve posts..
(anyone who wants to volunteer as a backup moderator, please do <s>)

no flams directed to anyone, please..

merely a short description of the problem as the text and the case number..
make the title the same..
i.e. "T20 Bottom Case Breakage"
then others should merely add their name and case #..

subsequent cases can be added and the result will be a list of possible
design flaws and a database of others who have had the same problem..

further suggestions are welcome..

Cordially, :-)
