Where do I find compatibility mode in Windows 2K, SP2 ?

One of my old DOS apps ran intolerably slowly in Win2K. After
some searching I found the problem, and when I turned "video
retrace" off (inside the DOS app), speed was A-OK.
Running Win2K SP2 on a TP600E.
