Docking problems and video

I am having a problem with my A20p and IBM docking station. It seems
that I can't watch videos on my external monitor when docked. I posted
this problem to the IBM support group some time ago and one of the IBM
reps said to change my default monitor in the "ATI" tabs in
Display/Properties.

This worked in Win2000, however I had to reboot my machine each time
(i.e. whenever I would redock from being undocked, I had to go through
the above steps). IBM hadn't a clue as to what to do, but I managed.

I have since upgraded to WinXP and am using the stock drivers that came
with the OS. Everything is working, but I am back to not being able to
see videos. I just purchased an IBM Net Camera Pro and can't see live
video (although if I record something, it plays back fine, which is
odd).

The XP drivers do not include the ATI tabs that were included in the
Win2000 drivers. IBM hasn't really commented on when drivers will be
available.

Has anyone had these problems before? I don't think I should have had
to go through these steps even with Win2000. This leads me to believe
that I have something configured incorrectly.

Thanks,
