Fire up IE, select Tools - Windows updates, then Product updates. See
whether you have installed the "Windows 2000 compatibility updates"
(though I think the "compatibity mode" thing did come with SP2).

Make sure you're looking at the properties of the shortcut that starts the
application, not the properties of the .exe.
