I'm running the exact same service pack. On the Start button, go to
Programs, then right click on the shortcut of your choice (I chose Outlook
Express just as an example) and choose Properties. There are three tabs,
General, Shortcut, and Compatibility. I only see two possible
compatibility modes, Win95 and NT4 SP5.
