okay, several folks have been complaining that their unsubscribe
requests didn't get through. I don't know why this is happening,
but for some reason a number of requests were stuck in a mail queue
for up to two weeks and never got delivered to their destination.
I'm still trying to figure out why this is happening.
in a pinch, you can send such requests to moore_at_cs.utk.edu.
those don't seem to be subject to the delay.
