OK, you didn't mention that you wanted a *Canadian vendor*; as stated, your question seemed silly. Presumably
any reputable Canadian vendor who keeps inventory on hand (or at least in the country, rather than drop-shipping from
the US) can quote you prices in $CA, but my guess is that if you want relative immunity from price swings you will have to sacrifice bargains - the dealers who charge low prices do so by keeping low inventory, which means that exchange rates hit them just as they would you. For example, http://www.ordersite.com/canadaram/ says they do not honor prices dated more than one week ago. OTOH, my guess is that the big Canadian stores like CompuSmart have neither big variation nor
especially low prices.
