A friend was given a TP365XD, vintage about 1997.
It has a p133 and 24Mb RAM, which makes it pig slow for W95.
Otherwise, with a 1.4 gig drive, it is fine for email and
most MS Office types of work, and even multimedia work if
one can wait on the cpu to chug through.
I understand that the maximum memory upgrade is to 40Mb?
Is 40Mb "really" the limit?
Does anyone have any previously owned memory for sale?
As a favor I used utilities to clean up the registry, and verify the drive to be ok, and both are fine, so a small investment in more RAM
may be productive.
