32mb PC66 IBM SODIMM - worth anything?

I've got one of these pulled from one of the many ThinkPads I've worked on
recently. Guaranteed working. Anyone here want it before I put it on ebay
for something ridiculous like $5? It's an IBM chip, FRU 42H2819. First come
