I always set the max swap file size to 2X memory, since that is all Win 95
can deal with anyway. I have not noticed much of a diff in 98 either way,
but with the huge amounts of memory we have available today, I think there
is much less swapping as long as the apps co-operate and utilize the silicon
memory properly
