I wonder if that means you have 7 cycles remaining...?
My 600E under Win2K Pro does not show cycles.
It could be an added function of the A21p, or of its battery,
or perhaps an IBM utility. I've been using the distribution
version with pleasure. Using the preload Win98 loaded all
sorts of IBM apps which so far as I (and other members of this
list) could tell, didn't do anything.
I wonder if there is a separate app which will read the cycles
used and remaining. Hmm, I wouldn't mind one for the old 701C,
too!
