Fn+F12 Activates Hibernation.
Fn+F11 Brings up the fuel gauge program when it is installed via Thinkpad Utilities. That is found on the
above link.

I've forgotten what Fn+F2 is and my 365XD isn't here at the computer right now.

There is something preventing the system from entering standby. I would check to see if there were any
PCMCIA cards installed or not. Might also see if the users guide has a trouble shooting tip on that. This
problems sounds familar, but right now it's not coming back to me what it was.
