Norton Cleansweep has a "move" utility and a "transport" utility that does
this kind of thing. But I highly doubt any such thing would work on drives
with two different flavors of OS. I suspect you're out of luck or going to
have to
go to Chinatown (where I spotted a copy of SQL server with a $30 asking
price last week.)
