getting recovery discs

I am going to be receiving a used 600x 650mhz with Windows2000 but no
recovery disc... what is the easiest way to get one of those? I see them on
Ebay from time to time but not for the 650mhz model... will IBM give you one
if you ask or is there another source for them?
