There isn't any such tool. You can't hot-swap the drive (i.e. swap the drive
while the machine continues running).
Support for *warm* swapping the drive is built into Windows 2000/XP.
Left-click the little green arrow icon in the system tray and you'll get a
menu of devices you can stop. When you stop the drive in the Ultraslimbay,
the machine will go into standby and then you can swap the drive.
Go here:
and create a profile for yourself with your machine type and model number.
Then you'll always be able to go that page and get the latest drivers and
information for your machine. The Device Driver File Matrix is especially
useful.
