Got my 2 256mb sticks today, wow what a difference. I am amazed! I had 256mb
before.

So, now I have some memory to sell. There are two SODIMMS; both were, until
20 minutes ago, happily chugging away in my T21 for about a year.

(1) IBM brand 128mb PC100 CL=3 Non Parity SDRAM, FRU 20L0255. According to
IBM, this is supported only on the T20, T21 and T22 models. $34 + tax +
shipping @ the IBM web store, + tax and shipping. You won't find these on
ebay, either. I looked! :)

(1) Crucial brand 128mb PC100 CL=2 Non Parity, SDRAM, PC100 8ns, 3.3V, 16Meg
x 64. $20 brand new on the Crucial site.

Looking for offers before I toss them onto ebay...
