Despite some small complaints, EZServe is a superior repair center
with remarkably good service on machines under warranty. You will
rarely find another IBM Authorized Service Center that can provide the
service of EZServe, and certainly not in the time frame.

Exceptions and problems are rare, and even those are usually resolved
later on.

Just don't send in any memory or parts that were not part of the
original purchase...

Call them. I find that EZServe frequently finds ways to deal with the
problem over the phone before you send it in. And you have a case
number that marks the point you reported the trouble.
