Do you have a \Windows\Options\Cabs folder? That should be where your Win98
setup files are located. Save a copy of this folder somewhere--either burn
it on a CD or copy it to one of your other partitions.

Then to do a totally clean reinstall of Win98, format your Win98 partition,
copy that folder back onto it (it doesn't have to be in
\Windows\Options\Cabs, although that's a fine place to put it), make the
Win98 partition the active partition, boot from a Win98 floppy, and run
Setup.exe in that folder.
