1-Not really clear as I installed 98lite in order to cleans Win98.

2-LOOKING FOR ANDREW BOWMAN Your mail is bouncing:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mailsrv.asianet.co.th.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't
work out.
<andrew_at_bowman.demon.co.uk>:
Sorry, I wasn't able to establish an SMTP connection. (#4.4.1)
I asked you (my message bounced)
"[Andy wrote}>Then just run the setup program as normal, booting from
a floppy if need be.

documented? Sorry to sound like an idiot but I use only OS/2 so I am
completely unfamiliar with how Windows reconstructs itself."
