Hello,
I have a bit more experience regarding the comments below. In
dealing with a Win2000 laptop I found there were some things
that can ONLY be done with the Administrator account. We tried
certain operations with a user account with admin privileges
and they did not work. There may be a security setting that
can be changed to eliminate the differences. It appears
the default (at least) has the Administrator account as a "Super
Administrator" 8->.

I have no idea. That's what other people said but I suppose it's
supposed to work as long as you have admin priveleges.
