only if there are a bunch of stuck on pixels adjacent to each other, forming
a clearly visable dot..
the rules change from time to time, but unless you have a bunch, no..
also, dead vs. very much alive is another story..
and in australia it might be different..
FWIW, these displays have gotten better and better with fewer bad pixels..
to the point that i don't worry so much about it any longer..
