Vancouver, Canada - Suggested Places to have new Hard Drive and Ram installed in Thinkpad?

Anyone have any suggestions of a great place to have a new hard drive and
ram installed into my old Thinkpad 380D? I don't want to attempt it myself
for fear of screwing up and damaging the TP, hard drive, or RAM module.
Would love an economical solution also......finances limited. Many thanks!
