Look back through the old messages a couple of months for a discussion of
this very issue.
I had success getting replacements in the past. In a recent attempt, they
said I must have spilled nail polish remover on the keys because the letters
couldn't wear off normally. If I elevated the issue, I probably could have
won out. But, I didn't.
