Hi,
I have to give a word of caution on replacing the hard drive in a 380D
series: The keyboard must be removed without tearing out the 3 ribbon cables
underneath.....then several metal encasement pieces must be removed to get
to the hard drive......lastly, the hard drive itself can sometimes be a bear
to remove from the motherboard connector. i would not recommend undertaking
this procedure unless one is technically inclined. I would gladly help but
Canada is a bit far for me! :O)
Just a thought,
Toni
