     It couldn't be that - I wasn't using one.
     I can only assume it's because my operating system and software are rather
older ones, and the virus is not compatible with it in some way. I know there
are other viruses which Windows 95 is apparently immune to, I think because it
lacks something called a "scripting host". I don't know what that is, but I
don't have it, and I believe many worms and viruses use it to do their deeds.
     (If I'm wrong in my reasoning, I'd be glad to received corrected
information.)
