Presto Pagemanager for Epson - Won't save file - Help!

    I'm using an Epson scanner and Presto Pagemanager for Epson to scan.
Just the other day it scanned an item and said:

                "Fail to save file to C/My Pagemanager/Inbox. Please check
disk space and file name is valid".

    I have no idea what to do. I'm afraid if I reinstall that I'll loose the
existing scanned photos I have in there. By the way, it will save a file to
KODAK IMAGING FOR WINDOWS if I choose that instead of Presto Pagemanager.
But I like using the Pagemanager application better. Help!
    Can anyone of you great technicians give me a word of advice. I really
need my scanner to save my files!
