I just can't understand what you mean when you say
you haven't encountered any trouble with
outlook!!! If you are on ANY listserv, you must
be getting plenty of messages warning you about
outlook-specific viruses. That's time-consuming.
If you are in the address book of ANY outlook
users, you must at least receive SOME virus-ridden
messages. That's time-consuming. I don't even
USE outlook and it still causes trouble!

We were encouraged to switch to it at work, but
the idea was eventually dropped and people use
a wide variety of clients now. Tech support gives
a very, very low priority to non-outlook problems,
and that may be good, because rumor has it that
they spend a LOT of time on outlook or exchange
related trouble.
