T-series with combo CD-RW/DVD?

I just noted, with great delight, that the new TP A-30 has a combo
CD-RW/DVD drive.

Anyone have any ideas/inside information/intuition about when a similar
T-series machine might be coming out?

When are new models announced usually (is it a regular thing or just
whenever IBM feels like it)?
