Buyer beware. There were a few model nos. of defective TP770 batteries.
At one point I had IBM replace four bad batteries. Not all of them had
failed, but they were on a list of defective batteries and IBM replaced
them for free. I expect IBM no longer does this for the 770 models,
though.
